About the role

We are seeking Warehouse Operators to join our Supply Chain & Operations team at our Berri distribution site.

Reporting to the Warehouse Distribution Shift Supervisor, this role is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day warehouse and dispatch activities. You will work rotating day, afternoon and night shifts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

This hands‑on role involves loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, receipting incoming stock (including finished goods and dry goods), and maintaining safe and efficient warehouse operations

Key Responsibilities Include:

Working effectively both autonomously and as part of a warehouse team
Picking, packing and dispatching stock accurately and efficiently
Breaking down and re‑packing pallets in required configurations
Loading and unloading vehicles safely
Operating forklifts for extended periods
Operating electronic equipment such as scanners
Data entry and completion of warehouse documentation
Communicating clearly with warehouse and transport personnel
Reporting issues, variances and progress to supervisors
General housekeeping of the warehouse and dispatch areas
Assisting with inventory control, including regular cycle counts

About the role

As RGM Manager – Endeavour Group, Coles Liquor & Promotions, you will play a critical role in shaping commercial decisions and driving revenue and margin performance across two of our most strategic customer partnerships.

In this role, you will be the primary RGM business partner for our Commercial teams managing Endeavour Group and Coles Liquor, translating the ANZ RGM strategy into practical customer plans that unlock growth opportunities and improve commercial outcomes. You will also lead the Promotions Centre of Excellence, driving best-practice promotional planning, governance, and capability across the ANZ business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

•   Act as the lead RGM business partner for Endeavour Group and Coles Liquor, identifying and delivering revenue and margin growth opportunities across both customer portfolios.
•   Support annual planning, customer strategy, Joint Business Planning and in-year commercial decisions with clear, insight-led recommendations.
•   Lead the ANZ Promotions Centre of Excellence, owning the frameworks, governance, tools and performance measures required to embed best practice across the business.
•   Diagnose and prioritise customer opportunities using customer, market, shopper and financial data across pricing, promotions, trade investment and portfolio mix.
•   Define promotional strategy principles covering promotional role, mechanics, depth, frequency, duration, display and calendar choices.
•   Standardise promotional incrementality, breakeven and ROI methodologies and embed consistent pre-event evaluation and post-event review processes.
•   Translate promotional analysis into practical recommendations, including where to stop, redesign or reinvest activity to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
•   Partner with Sales, Category, Finance and Marketing to shape customer plans, promotional calendars and investment choices and deliver agreed actions.
•   Develop reporting that tracks promotional investment, depth, frequency, incremental volume, ROI and value delivery at customer, brand and SKU level.
•   Build stakeholder capability, support promotional governance and lead continuous improvement across both customer portfolios and the ANZ promotions agenda.

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years’ FMCG or alcoholic beverages experience across RGM, Commercial Finance, Category, Sales or Customer Strategy.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to identify revenue drivers, trends and opportunities.
• Experience developing pricing recommendations and supporting demand forecasts.
• Commercial acumen and a clear understanding of revenue and profitability levers.

Job Overview:
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, support distributor and retailer programs, and increase sales across key on- and off-trade channels. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Strategic Oversight

Your Knowledge and Skills

Strong understanding of brand building, consumer engagement, campaign planning, content development, and performance optimisation.

About the Role

The Manufacturing Administrator is primarily responsible for issuing Shop Floor Packets to the Packaging Hall, completing work order component issues and reconciliations, monitoring manufacturing variances, and investigating discrepancies with the Filling and Warehouse teams.

Working closely with Packaging, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, and Warehouse teams, you will help ensure production activities are accurately transacted, inventory is effectively managed, and operational issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Your Key Accountabilities

Prepare Shop Floor Packets (SFPs) using JDE and supporting systems.
Issue hard copy SFPs to the Packaging Hall.
Coordinate effective and efficient movement of documentation to ensure timely work order closure.

Execute work order completions, including dry goods allocations, wastage inclusions, end-of-lot inventory allocations, and associated investigations.
Monitor work order variances against agreed scrap rates and investigate discrepancies with Filling and Warehouse teams.
Escalate out-of-tolerance waste levels to the Purchasing Supervisor.
Attend daily Operations meetings, action work order-related changes, and provide updates on activities as required.

Work collaboratively with Procurement and Supply Network Planning (SNP) teams on the operational and strategic management of dry goods inventory.
Support stocktakes and stock adjustments in partnership with the Inventory Team.
Process inventory adjustments following stakeholder approval.
Work closely with Quality to investigate issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Partner with Planning to mitigate service risks through timely and accurate work order execution.

Maintain SNP housekeeping reports and track performance through team registers.
Investigate data integrity issues and inventory discrepancies, identifying corrective and preventative actions.
Process stock movements for internal dry goods movements, sparkling menus, and work-in-progress inventory requirements.

About The Role

We're looking for an energetic, driven and relationship-focused Key Account Executive to help grow Vinarchy's presence across the NSW On-Premise channel.

This hybrid role combines managing existing customers with winning new business across pubs, clubs, bars, restaurants and hospitality groups.

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, On Premise, you'll spend your time building customer relationships in market, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with the wider team and representing Vinarchy at selected customer events, tastings and wine dinners.

About the Role

The Channel Lead - RTD is a newly created, senior role with a clear mandate: build Vinarchy’s wine‑based RTD presence with Australia’s most influential retailers.

As Channel Lead - RTD, you'll own and develop Vinarchy’s RTD relationships with Coles and Endeavour Drinks Group, working directly with RTD buying and category teams to establish ranging, unlock growth and build long‑term commercial pipelines.

This role goes beyond traditional account management. It is category‑building, commercially complex and highly visible, with strong executive sponsorship and the opportunity to shape how RTD is approached within a wine‑led organisation.

If you have grown RTD or adjacent beverage categories with major retailers - in Australia or internationally - and are excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up, this role offers rare scope and influence.

You'll be responsible for:

RTD Customer Leadership

Own senior RTD buyer relationships at Coles and Endeavour Drinks Group
Lead all commercial negotiations across ranging, pricing, promotions, space and activation
Translate Vinarchy’s RTD ambition into sustainable distribution, share and profitability outcomes

Category & Growth Development

Identify and unlock RTD growth opportunities through range expansion, new formats and innovation
Develop and deliver customer‑specific RTD plans aligned to Joint Business Plans
Partner with Marketing and Category teams to turn shopper and consumer insight into compelling RTD propositions

Execution & Cross‑Functional Influence

Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure availability, forecasting accuracy and launch execution
Partner with Innovation teams to shape and land the RTD pipeline with retailers
Collaborate with Finance / RGM on pricing architecture, margin delivery and promotional ROI
Own RTD performance reporting and provide clear, commercial recommendations

Leadership, Visibility & Governance

Act as the RTD subject‑matter lead internally, educating and influencing senior stakeholders
Deliver against agreed revenue, volume, share and profitability targets
Maintain strong commercial governance and alignment with Vinarchy sales standards

Your Knowledge and Skills

You are a senior, commercially astute account leader with a track record of driving growth in RTD..

You likely bring:

Proven experience managing national retail customers (Coles, Endeavour and/or overseas equivalents)
Recent experience in ANZ RTD space
Demonstrated success building or expanding a category, not just maintaining it
Strong RTD or beverage category exposure, with an understanding of innovation, formats and occasions

About The Role

This is more than a replenishment role. The Vendor Replenishment Planner & Operations Support, will influence customer performance, optimise inventory investment, and help shape the success of Vinarchy's independent wholesale channel by bringing together customers, commercial teams, and supply chain operations.

You'll build strong relationships with wholesale customers and internal stakeholders, proactively managing inventory, replenishment planning, product changes, pricing updates, new product launches and operational performance. You'll be the go-to expert when it comes to stock availability, supply challenges and process improvements, playing a critical role in delivering exceptional customer outcomes while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Managing inventory and replenishment outcomes across multiple independent wholesale partners.
Reviewing stock-on-hand data, purchase orders, allocations and inventory risks to maintain service levels and product availability.
Identifying and resolving supply challenges including stock shortages, QA holds, delivery disruptions and aged inventory.
Managing product master data including new product launches, ranging changes, vintage transitions, barcode updates and product discontinuations.
Coordinating pricing implementation, promotional pricing and CPI updates across customer systems.
Monitoring warehouse and service-level performance and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
Partnering closely with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Operations Excellence and Sales teams to deliver commercial outcomes.
Providing reporting, analysis and actionable insights to support customer growth and operational efficiency

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll bring proven experience within a replenishment, inventory planning or customer supply function and be comfortable working in a highly data-driven environment.

You'll be able to demonstrate:

3+ years' experience in Vendor Replenishment Planning, Customer Replenishment, Inventory Planning, Customer Operations or Supply Chain Operations
FMCG, beverage, grocery, retail or wholesale distribution experience.
Experience managing replenishment, inventory, purchase orders and customer supply activities within a fast-moving environment.
Demonstrated experience working across multiple stakeholders, customers and operational priorities simultaneously.
Experience analysing stock-on-hand, inventory, aged stock, service level and replenishment data to drive decisions and outcomes.
Strong track record of identifying issues proactively and driving solutions through to resolution.
Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query capability, including complex reporting, analysis, data manipulation and forecasting activities.

Highly desirable

Exposure to independent wholesale customers or complex multi-customer supply environments.
Experience supporting new product introductions, pricing implementation and product lifecycle management.
Exposure to demand planning, supply planning or customer supply chain functions.

About the role

Reporting to the Grape Supply Manager – Commercial & VIC, this role manages Vinarchy’s grower portfolio and coordinates grape supply across the Riverland region.
As Grower Liaison Officer, you’ll become a trusted partner to growers across the region, building strong relationships that support collaboration, fruit quality and seasonal planning. You’ll spend time in the vineyard providing practical guidance on requirements, quality expectations and day-to-day management, while monitoring progress, identifying risks early and offering timely advice.
You’ll also play an important role in keeping internal teams aligned through clear communication around fruit supply, quality targets and harvest planning. During vintage, you’ll help coordinate fruit intake and support smooth logistics, while capturing and reporting vineyard data that informs forecasting, quality assessments and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Manage fruit intake at Berri and support vintage planning and programming.
Administer grower grape payments, bonuses and accurate contract records.
Lead seasonal staff during vintage, including weighbridge and booking officers.
Analyse viticultural data and prepare reports for internal planning and regulatory bodies.
Support the adoption of GIS tools for vineyard mapping and data applications.
Ensure compliance with industry reporting requirements and winery certifications.
Assist with strategic initiatives and process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within viticulture or agricultural operations.
Strong practical and technical knowledge of viticulture, with a Diploma as a minimum or Degree preferred in Viticulture or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving, time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution and team leadership.
Commercial acumen and sound decision-making capability, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with GIS platforms such as ESRI/ArcGIS.
A valid Driver’s Licence.

About The Role

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, the HR Operations Manager leads the HR Shared Services team and is a key contributor to the evolution of HR Operations across Vinarchy. 

This role is accountable not only for the delivery of efficient, accurate and compliant HR services, but also for evolving HR Operations into a scalable, data-driven and digitally enabled function that supports the broader People & Communications strategy. 

Operating at the intersection of people, process, technology and governance, the HR Operations Manager will play a critical role in simplifying ways of working, improving employee and manager experiences, strengthening data quality and controls, and enabling greater automation and self-service through the upcoming SAP SuccessFactors transformation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

HR Shared Services Leadership & Service Delivery

What You'll Bring:

Role Details

In this hands‑on supervisory role, you’ll take the lead on the efficient daily operation of vineyard irrigation systems (around 90% of your focus), while also supporting broader vineyard activities during peak periods. You’ll monitor, maintain and optimise irrigation performance, coordinate vineyard programs, and ensure safe, smooth operations across multiple sites.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RGM Manager to join our RGM team on a 6-month parental leave cover contract.

Reporting to the Revenue Growth Director, you will maximise company revenue and profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, inventory control and data analysis. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure revenue outcomes are aligned with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimise profitability.
Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark pricing and product positioning.
Work with Demand Planning and Commercial Finance to prepare accurate demand forecasts.
Analyse key revenue drivers and identify trends that support actionable commercial insights.
Use forward pricing and promotional plans to help predict business performance.
Develop pricing strategy and recommend adjustments based on market conditions.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with demand forecasts.
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Production to align revenue strategies and provide leadership updates on performance and opportunities.
Leverage revenue management tools, maintain data integrity and prepare detailed revenue reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards and industry regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

7+ years’ FMCG or alcoholic beverages experience across RGM, Commercial Finance, Category, Sales or Customer Strategy.
Strong analytical capability with the ability to identify revenue drivers, trends and opportunities.
Experience developing pricing recommendations and supporting demand forecasts.
Commercial acumen and a clear understanding of revenue and profitability levers.
Ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning and Production stakeholders.
Experience using revenue management, reporting or analytical tools, with a strong focus on data integrity.

About the role

As an RGM Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with a designated customer portfolio while leading one of Vinarchy's core Revenue Growth Management capabilities (e.g. Strategic Pricing, Promotional Effectiveness, Trade Investment, Mix Management or Pack-Price Architecture) across the UK business.

You will translate the UK RGM strategy into practical commercial actions, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category teams to identify value opportunities, improve commercial decision-making and deliver measurable revenue and margin growth.

This role combines deep commercial analysis with strong stakeholder engagement and project leadership. Success will be measured by the quality of commercial recommendations, the value delivered to the business and the adoption of best-practice RGM ways of working across your capability area.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Partner with assigned customer teams to identify and deliver revenue and margin growth opportunities through Revenue Growth Management initiatives.
Act as the primary RGM business partner for your customer portfolio, supporting annual planning, Joint Business Planning and in-year commercial decision-making.
Lead one core RGM capability (e.g. Strategic Pricing, Promotional Effectiveness, Trade Investment, Mix or Pack/Price Architecture), embedding best practice, processes and governance across the UK business.
Identify, size and prioritise commercial opportunities using customer, market and shopper insights.
Develop business cases and commercial recommendations that improve pricing, promotions, trade investment and portfolio performance.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category and Supply Chain teams to embed RGM into commercial planning, innovation and execution.
Develop and maintain analytics, reporting and performance dashboards that generate actionable commercial insights.
Lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders to deliver agreed RGM initiatives and business outcomes.
Build RGM capability across the business by coaching stakeholders and promoting best-practice commercial decision-making.
Monitor the performance of your customer portfolio and capability area, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and value creation.

About the role

The National Account Manager will be responsible for delivering profitable growth in key wholesale customers servicing the UK On Trade. Working closely with customers, you’ll develop commercial plans that drive distribution, visibility and rate of sale across the wholesale estate, ensuring our brands are the preferred choice for On Trade operators. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver customer plans, execute activations and identify opportunities to grow share within the Wholesale channel.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Customer Management - Develop and maintain commercial contact strategy across multiple levels.
Upselling - Identify and exploit all sales opportunities relevant to the customer and channel.
Stakeholder Engagement - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key wholesale and cash & carry customers serving the UK On Trade.
Joint Business Planning - Create and deliver Joint Business Plans that drive sustainable growth for both Vinarchy and our wholesale partners.
Commercial Acumen - Input into the Commercial Plan and monitor/manage the channel volume and profitability against comparators (LY, Budget), grow sustainability of the business over agreed timeframe.
Cross Functional Collaboration - Work to improve cash flow across sector in conjunction with finance colleagues.
Market & Consumer Insights - Communicate and represent trends within the channel to all internal functions.
Delivery - Set and deliver individual objectives in line with organisational and divisional targets & priorities.
Project Management - Lead and support projects when required.
P&L Management - Understands the customers P&L and key levers that they use to drive growth.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience - 3+ years’ experience managing National Accounts within Wholesale, Cash & Carry, On Trade or FMCG.
Business & account planning- Develop and implement strategic plans for managing client accounts and driving business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of the Foodstuffs North Island account, leading customer strategy and delivering sustainable growth across the business.

Delivering GP, volume and market share targets

About The Role

We’re gearing up for our 2027 Vintage season, and the excitement is already building. This is your chance to join a crew that works hard, laughs often, makes great wine and even better memories.

Vintage is dynamic, intense, rewarding and absolutely one‑of‑a‑kind, and we want a great team beside us to make it unforgettable.

These casual roles kick off in early to mid‑January and run right through the vintage period. It’s fast‑paced, hands‑on, physical work, and you’ll be right in the thick of the action that turns grapes into wine.

Depending on your experience, you may be involved in:

Operating presses, crushers, pumps and other winery equipment

Grape receival, crushing and juice/wine transfers

Performing pump overs, rack and returns, additions and fermentation support

Barrel work — filling, emptying, topping and cleaning

Recording data on log sheets and cellar notes
