About the role

This Adelaide‑based 12‑month fixed‑term role offers an exceptional Category Manager the chance to take ownership of our direct spend categories — enhancing cost performance, ensuring supply continuity and delivering measurable strategic value across the business

In this role, you’ll shape and execute category strategies across Vinarchy’s direct procurement portfolio. You’ll build and manage critical supplier partnerships, lead sourcing initiatives, and drive cost optimisation that supports both today’s operational needs and tomorrow’s long‑term goals.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager ANZ, you’ll work closely with Production, Operations, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain — collaborating with influential stakeholders to deliver sustainable value while upholding the highest standards of quality, performance and compliance

What You'll Do

Drive category strategies backed by market insight and long‑term sourcing plans
Lead RFPs, supplier assessments, negotiations and contract execution
Build and elevate supplier partnerships that fuel innovation, sustainability and performance
Support NPD and EPD with early supplier engagement and cost modelling
Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance to align production, budgets and governance
Analyse spend, forecast demand and proactively manage risk
Deliver cost improvements through smarter packaging and commercial initiatives

What You'll Bring

5+ years in procurement, category management or packaging;
FMCG or beverage experience highly regarded
Proven ability to manage suppliers, negotiate effectively and lead RFX processes
Advanced Excel capability and confidence with ERP/procurement systems
Strong communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly across regions and teams

About the role

Vinarchy is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager (Direct) to lead the strategic optimisation, management of our direct spend categories. This role is accountable for driving value through robust category strategies, disciplined sourcing and cost‑leadership initiatives, while ensuring continuity of supply and long‑term commercial resilience. You will play a key role in shaping supplier strategies, negotiating critical contracts and embedding best‑practice category management aligned to operational and business priorities.

Your expertise will uphold our standards of quality, performance and compliance. Reporting to the Procurement Manager ANZ, you will collaborate closely with Production, Operations, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver disciplined commercial outcomes and support high‑quality execution across the business. This is a full‑time, permanent role based in Adelaide, offering hybrid working.

What You'll Do

Develop and deliver category strategies informed by market insight and long‑term sourcing plans
Lead sourcing activities including RFPs, supplier evaluations, benchmarking, negotiations and contracts
Manage key suppliers to strengthen performance, compliance, innovation and continuous improvement
Support NPD and EPD through early supplier engagement, cost modelling and material readiness
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance on production needs, budgets and spend analytics
Identify and mitigate category risks while maintaining governance and responsible sourcing standards
Drive cost optimisation through value engineering, packaging improvements and commercial initiative

What You'll Bring

We’re seeking a capable, driven Procurement Manager with strong commercial, analytical and collaborative capability and proven experience managing Direct procurement categories, such as packaging and production inputs.

5+ years in procurement, category management or packaging (FMCG/wine/beverage preferred)
Strength in supplier management, negotiation and RFX processes
Strong analytical skills (spend analysis, forecasting, data‑driven decisions)
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration
Advanced Excel and ERP/procurement systems experience
Business‑related degree, flexibility for occasional out‑of‑hours work and travel
Current driver’s licence and a proactive, growth‑oriented approach

As a Project Manager at Vinarchy, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovation and continuous improvement across our wine portfolio. Your role will focus on managing New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects through our structured gate process, while also contributing to high-impact ad hoc business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Leading New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects from concept to launchManaging timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams
Acting as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality and Regulatory teams
Driving improvements to existing products, including packaging updates, compliance changes and cost or efficiency initiatives

Your Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field \
3+ years’ experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in FMCG, food & beverage, or wine industries
Proven track record managing cross-functional projects from concept through to delivery
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana)
Familiarity with stage-gate development processes preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Role Details

Based in Adelaide, the Warehouse Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting Vinarchy’s domestic supply chain, overseeing warehouse operations across Berri Estates, Rowland Flat Distribution Centres, and key third‑party logistics partners. This role provides broad exposure across the business, with occasional involvement in export container freight and import/export activities.

You will take ownership of budgeting and forecasting across multiple divisions, lead and influence Tier 1 performance measures including CFR, DIFOT and Warehouse Cost/9LE, and provide oversight across both Vinarchy‑owned and third‑party warehouse operations. The role also holds accountability for inventory management across dry goods and finished goods (excluding bulk wine) and supports freight contract negotiations, with a strong focus on warehouse efficiency and cost impact.

Your Key Accountabilities

Technical

Lead warehouse budgets, rolling forecasts and performance analysis to drive cost, service, safety and efficiency outcomes.
Own KPI and SLA performance across 3PL sites, including DIFOT forums, supplier reviews, non‑conformance management and continuous improvement.
Ensure inventory integrity across Finished Goods and Dry Goods through effective controls, stocktakes and discrepancy resolution.
Lead network optimisation, warehouse sourcing and onboarding, including risk management and business continuity planning.
Act as subject matter expert for Chain of Responsibility (CoR), ensuring governance, compliance and escalation where required.

People management & development

Lead, mentor and performance‑manage warehouse operations teams across multiple sites.
Build a customer‑focused, safety‑led culture that embraces change, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Support effective industrial and employee relations while ensuring compliance with performance, safety and company standards.

Safety, quality & compliance

Ensure the safety of employees, contractors, carriers and the public across warehousing and transport operations.
Maintain supplier documentation and quality standards and manage customer non‑conformances.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with OH&S and quality system requirements.

Your Knowledge and Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline (highly desirable)
• Minimum five years’ experience in national‑level distribution warehousing, ideally within wine business, FMCG or a complex operational environment
• Proven experience leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on performance, accountability and safety
• Solid knowledge of warehousing operations, inventory management and Australian Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
• Strong analytical capability, including reporting on KPIs and budgets, supported by advanced Excel skills
• Clear communicator with strong planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills, able to perform effectively under pressure
• Willingness to travel and participate in regular out‑of‑hours conference calls as required

Essential Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in distribution warehousing at national level, ideally in FMCG
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Experience is managing inventory
• Experience in a large complex wine business (desirable)

Role Details

The Group Financial Controller plays a key role in enabling One Vinarchy. Reporting to the FP&A and Corporate Finance Director, this position is responsible for the integrity, governance and consistency of global financial reporting across Vinarchy’s operations. This role has 2 direct reports and is a critical leadership conjugate between the East and West Corporate and Financial Accounting teams.

Your Key Accountabilities

Lead global financial reporting, statutory close and consolidation processes across all regions
Ensure compliance with IFRS, local statutory requirements and internal accounting policies
Design and maintain robust financial governance, controls and risk management frameworks
Manage external audit, statutory reporting and key stakeholder relationships
Provide Board, executive and Audit & Risk Committee reporting and technical accounting support
Lead and develop geographically dispersed corporate accounting teams

Your Experience / Capability

CA, CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification (required)
10+ years’ experience in financial accounting, statutory reporting or audit roles
Advanced technical accounting expertise (IFRS essential; US GAAP desirable)
Deep understanding of complex accounting areas including goodwill and intangibles, leases, hedge accounting, share‑based payments, provisions, SGARAs, and financial instruments
Proven experience leading global or multi-region finance teams
Strong governance, risk and control expertise
Experience presenting to Boards, Audit & Risk Committees and senior executives
Effective management of external relationships including auditors, tax advisors, regulators, and lenders

About Your Experience

3+ years Key Account Management experience in FMCG, liquor, wine, food or adjacent industries
Experience managing large, multi‑stakeholder accounts rather than individual venues
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability and GP ownership
A track record of winning new business at group or head‑office level
Confidence influencing without authority across cross‑functional teams
A strategic mindset with a genuine growth and hunter orientation
Wine certifications (WSET, CMS or equivalent) preferred
Must hold a valid Drivers License

About Your Experience

You’re a proactive, resilient self‑starter who thrives in the field and enjoys opening doors.

You’ll bring:

1–3 years' experience selling into Sydney on‑premise venues (restaurants, bars or wine venues)
Strong wine knowledge and the ability to confidently engage sommeliers (WSET Level 2+ highly regarded)
Requires someone who can credibly sell wine into Sydney venues from day one
Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results.

Role Details

The Head of Category and Insights leads Vinarchy’s category growth agenda and insight capability - translating consumer, shopper, customer, and market data into clear strategies that grow the wine category and Vinarchy’s share across on and offpremise channels. Your Key Accountabilities

Lead Category Strategy & Growth: Define and deliver a multi‑year category strategy and annual plans that unlock sustainable, profitable growth for Vinarchy and customers.
Own Insights & Analytics: Shape the insights and research roadmap, integrating consumer, shopper and sales data into clear, decision‑ready recommendations for senior leaders.
Partner Commercially: Work closely with Commercial Finance and RGM to influence pack/price architecture, promotions, trade investment and innovation business cases.
Engage Customers: Provide category thought leadership to customers, supporting JBPs, assortment, space and execution decisions.
Lead & Build Capability: Develop a high‑performing Category & Insights team and embed consistent ways of working, toolkits and governance.
Ensure Governance & Compliance: Uphold data, research and responsible marketing standards aligned to the wine and alcohol category.

Your Knowledge and Skills

Proven experience shaping category strategies, building JBPs, and partnering with major retailers across on‑ and off‑premise channels.

About the role

We are seeking Warehouse Operators to join our Supply Chain & Operations team at our Berri distribution site.

Reporting to the Warehouse Distribution Shift Supervisor, this role is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day warehouse and dispatch activities. You will work rotating day, afternoon and night shifts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

This hands‑on role involves loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, receipting incoming stock (including finished goods and dry goods), and maintaining safe and efficient warehouse operations

Key Responsibilities Include:

Working effectively both autonomously and as part of a warehouse team
Picking, packing and dispatching stock accurately and efficiently
Breaking down and re‑packing pallets in required configurations
Loading and unloading vehicles safely
Operating forklifts for extended periods
Operating electronic equipment such as scanners
Data entry and completion of warehouse documentation
Communicating clearly with warehouse and transport personnel
Reporting issues, variances and progress to supervisors
General housekeeping of the warehouse and dispatch areas
Assisting with inventory control, including regular cycle counts

About the role

Based at Berri Estates Winery in South Australia, this role is integral to supporting the winemaking process through the accurate and timely execution of laboratory analyses. Laboratory Technicians are responsible for the collection, preparation, and testing of wine samples across all stages of production, from grape intake through to final bottling.

Operating within a NATA-accredited laboratory, the role involves conducting both chemical and microbiological analyses, maintaining precise calibration of laboratory equipment, and ensuring all data is accurately recorded. This is a shift-based position, with operations running on a 24/5 roster outside of peak season and transitioning to a 24/7 schedule during peak vintage periods, including weekend shifts.

Success in this role requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to quality and safety protocols, and a commitment to maintaining product integrity.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Performing routine laboratory tests (e.g. Sulphur Dioxide, pH/TA analysis)
• Calibrating and maintaining lab equipment.
• Recording and reporting analytical results accurately
• Use laboratory equipment and perform tests that involve a narrow range of variables and easily recognised control limits
• Work under close and regular supervision, although may have autonomy for specific tasks and responsibility for own outputs
• Work in a team and have responsibility for your own work outputs
• Calibrate, operate laboratory equipment
• Maintain laboratory hygiene and orderliness
• Following BRC, HACCP, and NATA protocols

What You'll Bring:

• SACE stage 2 with chemistry and maths is desirable.

About the role

The Finance Analyst – Integration and Projects will support the Senior Tax Manager and Senior Tax Analyst in the management, preparation of tax returns and tax compliance arising from the Vinarchy Spain acquisition and sale of Vinarchy Spain products. Additionally, you will assist to the Regional Financial Controller and members of the corporate finance team in the delivery of corporate accounting tasks. You will support both the Tax and Corporate Accounting Teams in the West to identify, design, deliver and execute ad-hoc projects with a focus on processes, systems and efficiency uplift.

About the role

The Brand Manager is responsible for the management of a specific brand portfolio including the development, implementation and optimisation of consumer based, EMEA brand plans including P&L, portfolio, campaign and project management and will support the Marketing Manager on brand strategy, platforms and growth initiatives.

Please note, this is a Maternity Cover (6 months) with potential to extend further.

Key Responsibilities In

Global Brand Strategy & Leadership
• Assist in developing of the global brand vision, positioning, architecture and portfolio strategy for the brand
• Support Global & Local Marketing Manager by leading the development of the annual marketing plans including market diagnosis, consumer understanding, innovation roadmap, market prioritisation and growth strategies
• Own the articulation and implementation of global brand guidelines within EMEA
• Drive global storytelling and creative direction, ensuring brand consistency and cultural relevance across EMEA

Innovation & Portfolio Management
• Oversee product portfolio strategy and long-term category opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Innovation, Production, Insights, Finance, Supply, Winemaking and local Sales & Marketing to shape brand-led innovation and optimisation.

Insights, Performance & Market Intelligence
• Be the brand expert within the UK through detailed monthly brand, market and competitor reports including brand health tracking, performance tracking, competitive analysis, profitability and ROI from specific activities
• Translate consumer, category and cultural insights into tactics for the brand

Global-Local Implementation
• Act as a support to UK markets— developing market plans and ensuring adaptation of global strategies into best-in-class UK implementation
• Lead global brand forums, alignment sessions and senior stakeholder presentations.

Agency & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Support relationships with global & local creative, PR/Influencer, media and design agencies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Commercial, Category & Insights, Innovation, Finance and senior leadership teams

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree - Qualified in Business, Marketing or related discipline
• 6-8 years in a brand management role in either FMCG or Liquor industry
• Effective analysis and interpretation of brand data
• Excellent planning and project management skills, including the ability to lead & collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated experience in marketing across complex retail environments and matrix organisations
• Demonstrated experience supporting brand P&L management
• Brings deep consumer marketing expertise, combining strategic insight with creative and culturally informed execution
• General understanding of, and appreciation for, the wine/liquor industry
