About the role

Join us as a Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A & Corporate and play a key role in shaping business performance through forecasting, reporting and data-driven analysis that supports strategic decision-making and transformation initiatives.

Working closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders, the Senior Financial Analyst role provides commercial analysis, challenges assumptions and supports strategic, transformation and corporate finance initiatives through data-driven insights and strong financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead global budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes across Corporate Services and key business functions.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting, financial insights and recommendations to Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
• Develop and enhance financial models, KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision making.
• Manage SG&A planning, forecasting and analysis, driving cost transparency and discipline across the organisation.
• Partner with leaders across Corporate Services, Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance to support business performance and investment decisions.
• Provide commercial analysis and strategic recommendations to improve profitability, mitigate risks and identify growth opportunities.
• Support transformation, integration, systems improvement and other strategic initiatives sponsored by the CFO and Finance Leadership team.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce; CA/CPA required.
• 7 years’ experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance or related roles.
• Experience in global or matrix organisations desirable.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting capability.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with planning/reporting tools.
