About the Role
We are now recruiting for Cellar hands to join our Berri Estates Winery team. Our team members operate a variety of plant and machinery throughout the winemaking process. Processes include vintage and non-vintage operations, filtration, product transfers, blends, additions and others.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Follow directions provided by Cellar leadership

Completion of cellar operation tasks in line with SOP’s
-
Housekeeping and sanitation
-
Vintage operations/support in training for vintage seasonal employees
-
Take ownership of safety and quality
Other Accountabilities Include
- Demonstrated competence in a broad range of cellar operations.

A continuous improvement mentality
-
Exposure to cellar operations (3+ years preferred)
-
Autonomy, and ability to work without direct supervision.
