Now, we’re looking for a meticulous and motivated Winery Records Clerk to support our Barossa Wineries Operations team.

What You’ll Do

As our Winery Records Clerk, you’ll be the backbone of our operational administration—keeping our data sharp, our processes smooth, and our team supported. Your days will include:

• Entering operational data for key winery processes  and providing general administrative support to the Winery Operations team
• Preparing and maintaining reports and documentation
• Filing, archiving and maintaining accurate records
• Conducting research for the operations team as needed
• Working closely with winemakers, cellar staff and operations leaders to troubleshoot and ensure data accuracy
• Supporting Berri Estates Winery Operations during vintage

This role is hands‑on, varied and essential to the smooth running of our winery operations.

What You Bring

You’re someone who takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys being part of a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• A Certificate in Office Administration (desirable)
• Experience in the wine industry or a related field (desirable)
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong numeracy and exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident verbal communication skills
• A current driver’s licence
