What You'll Do

Become the warm welcome, the storyteller, the guide, and the spark that makes every guest walk away saying “Wow!”
We’re looking for a casual team member who brings energy, passion, and personality—someone ready to elevate the cellar door experience and create unforgettable moments.

You’ll be working in a vibrant environment where no two days are the same. Weekend availability is a must and flexibility for additional shifts is essential.

What You'll Bring

• A storyteller’s heart, with a love for sharing history, flavour, and heritage

• A passion for wine and a solid understanding of the winemaking process

• Warm, polished customer service skills that make every guest feel valued

• A collaborative spirit suited to a supportive and inclusive team

• Previous cellar door or wine industry experience (highly desirable)

• WSET Level 2 certification (desirable)

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation
