Key Responsibilities Include

• Host unforgettable wine experiences – guide tastings, tours, experiences and share Hardys’ iconic story
• Deliver seamless service – from welcoming guests to curating premium moments
• Promote exclusivity – grow our Wine Club and premium member base
• Maintain elegance – ensure our Cellar Door shines every day
• Curate and prepare – restock, pack, and dispatch wine orders with care
• Add a gourmet touch – prepare local platters
• Drive engagement – connect with guests and promote in-house activities
• Support signature events – help showcase our historic Cellar Door and award-winning portfolio

What You'll Bring:

• A true storyteller captivate guests with engaging wine and heritage narratives
• Passion for wine and a strong understanding of the winemaking process
• Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, positive professional approach
• Ability to thrive in a diverse, collaborative team environment
• Experience in a cellar door or wine industry (highly desirable)
• Confidence in fast-paced settings, working independently and as part of a team
• WSET Level 2 certification (desirable)
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation
• Knowledge of safe food preparation and handling (desirable) 
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and EDM software (desirable)
