About the Role
We now have an opportunity for a Viticulture Operations Coordinator to join our Supply Chain & Operations team in South Australia.
Reporting to the National Grape Supply Manager, you’ll support the coordination and development of viticulture systems and processes across the business. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across grape supply activities.
This is a full time, permanent position based at Rowland Flat (Barossa).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate development and support of viticulture and business systems, including feature proposals, testing, release, and help desk support
- Collaborate with Finance to provide vintage costings
- Verify legal database entries and maintain grape pricing files
- Oversee annual grape bonus payment process
- Compile and submit viticultural statistics to regulatory and industry bodies
- Support GIS adoption for vineyard mapping and viticultural applications
- Assist with vintage-specific requirements including defect assessments and winery certifications
- Provide monthly written reports on activities
- Undertake additional tasks as requested by the GM Grape Supply and Bulk Sourcing
Other requirements:
- Some business travel may be required
- Occasional out-of-hours work
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Extensive practical and technical knowledge of viticulture
- Highly developed organisational skills
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with grape intake systems and GIS platforms
- Current driver’s licence (required)
- Experience in regulatory reporting and industry engagement (desirable)
- Familiarity with geographic information systems in viticulture (desirable)
