About the Role
The Design and Production Manager plays a key role in enabling One Vinarchy.
Reporting to the Head of Content & Creative, this position is responsible for leading end‑to‑end content production and workflow management while also delivering hands‑on creative output to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across Vinarchy’s digital, social, trade and owned channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content calendars aligned to brand, campaign and commercial priorities
- Lead traffic management and production workflows across all creative jobs, improving transparency and efficiency
- Oversee production governance, including usage rights, licensing, asset approvals and version control
- Deliver end‑to‑end content production across video, photography, digital, social, trade and owned channels
- Produce static design assets and high‑quality retouching using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma when required
- Maintain and optimise digital asset management systems, ensuring accessibility, accuracy and compliance
- Partner with Brand, Creative, PR, Media, Customer Marketing and Commercial teams to align content with business needs
- Track content performance and use insights to refine content strategy and optimise creative outputs
Experience/Capability
- 5–8+ years’ experience in content production, creative management or digital content roles
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end production across video, photography, social and digital assets
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop) and strong working knowledge of Figma
- Demonstrated experience delivering static design and high‑quality retouching
- Experience managing DAM systems and improving production workflows through technology and automation
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capability
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Creative Production or a related field preferred
