About the Role

We are now recruiting for a Brand Homes Administrator to join Vinarchy’s Brand Homes team and keep our operations running smoothly. This is a permanent, part time position (24 hrs / 3 days per week) based in our Adelaide CBD office.

 

You’ll provide essential administrative support, manage stock and financial processes, and ensure our systems and records are accurate.

 

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, loves problem-solving, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional admin support to the Brand Homes team
  • Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
  • Monitor stock across Brand Homes; manage transfers, receipting, and stocktakes
  • Handle invoicing, reconcile accounts, and resolve POS imbalances
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and stock
  • Support POS and e-commerce platforms (user setup, product maintenance)
  • Process sample orders and assist with ad hoc projects
  • Identify and implement process improvements

 

About Your Knowledge & Skills:

  • 3+ years in customer service or sales administration
  • Strong MS Office skills and ERP experience (JDE or similar)
  • Financial administration skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive approach, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Cellar door/front-line experience (highly desirable)
  • Qualification in administration or customer service highly desirable)
