About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Administrator to join our People & Communications team in Adelaide on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
You’ll provide efficient HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, offboarding, and data management processes. You’ll also collaborate with our global HR team and liaise with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Initiating onboarding for new employees
- Processing resignations and terminations
- Administering employee benefits and maintaining records
- Documenting employee changes and liaising with payroll
- Maintaining HRIS systems and raising eSupport tickets
- Supporting HR invoicing and supplier setups
- Providing standard references and employee information
- Managing HR templates to ensure data accuracy
- Assisting with Vintage Recruitment onboarding/offboarding
- Monitoring workflows and managing job relationships
- Training new P&C team members on HR systems
- Ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
What you'll bring
- Professional experience in a coordination/administrative role (HR preferred)
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors (desirable)
- Strong communication skills – both written & verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability work flexible hours as part of a global team as needed
- Able to demonstrate an appetite and aptitude for learning
- A high level of customer centricity
- Able to prioritise effectively and work under pressure with a variable workload
- Able to work under own initiative
- Proactive and able to identify and implement better ways of working
- Highly confidential and trustworthy nature
