About the Role

Are you the person who can turn data into clarity, action and influence? We want a driven, self‑motivated powerhouse who brings numbers to life — telling the story behind the data and shaping decisions across the business.

As our Procurement Data & Insights Lead, you’ll fuel data‑led strategy, transforming complex information into impactful insights that unlock opportunities, optimise performance and deliver real cost savings.

You’ll sharpen visibility of spend and supplier performance, strengthen our data foundations, and build reporting that drives smarter, faster decisions. Partnering with the Procurement Manager and key stakeholders, you’ll champion continuous improvement and ensure our Procurement Function is aligned, efficient and future‑ready.

What You'll Do

• Deliver clear insights to drive sourcing strategy, spend optimisation and negotiations
• Build and improve dashboards, tools and reports for better visibility and decisions
• Lead continuous improvement across procurement systems, data and workflows
• Support procurement governance, policies and best‑practice processes
• Support RFQs, tenders, contracts and SLAs with accuracy and compliance
• Track supplier performance through data‑driven reporting and reviews
• Provide concise KPI reporting, value tracking and project analytics

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in financial, commercial, procurement or data analytics roles, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG.
• Experience as a Procurement Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar data driven role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights
• Proficient in Power BI, advanced Excel and ERP systems (ideally JDE)
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics or related fields
