About The Roles
We are excited to share 2 x opportunities for Project Managers to join our SC&O team based in Adelaide.

As a Project Manager at Vinarchy, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovation and continuous improvement across our wine portfolio. Your role will focus on managing New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects through our structured gate process, while also contributing to high-impact ad hoc business initiatives.
This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering value and enjoys working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects from concept to launchManaging timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams
- Acting as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality and Regulatory teams
- Driving improvements to existing products, including packaging updates, compliance changes and cost or efficiency initiatives
- Supporting broader business initiatives such as process improvements, system upgrades and ad‑hoc projects
- Ensuring projects progress through Vinarchy’s structured stage‑gate process with clear documentation and governance
- Providing clear updates, reporting and insights to senior stakeholders and project sponsors
Your Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field \
- 3+ years’ experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in FMCG, food & beverage, or wine industries
- Proven track record managing cross-functional projects from concept through to delivery
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana)
- Familiarity with stage-gate development processes preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
