About Us

Vinarchy is redefining wine. Formed in 2025 through the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, we manage the wine supply chain from grape to glass and are home to an outstanding portfolio of global and local brands including Church Road, Stoneleigh, Jacob’s Creek, and Campo Viejo, to name a few.
We’re looking for an experienced sales professional with a passion for wine to manage our Territory.

About the Role

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, this is a dynamic and hands-on field sales role responsible for growing and managing a territory across grocery and retail channels.
You’ll focus on building brand visibility, driving promotional execution, managing shelf presence, and delivering growth across a portfolio of globally recognised wine brands.
As the face of our brands in the region, you’ll build strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and execute initiatives that drive share and visibility. This is a highly autonomous role with strong support and backing to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

•    Deliver value, volume, and distribution targets across your territory
•    Drive brand presence through promotional execution, ranging, and impactful in-store activations
•    Build trusted relationships with store managers and retail teams to drive mutual growth
•    Secure new product placements and negotiate share of shelf and fridge space
•    Support tastings, training sessions, and activations to elevate brand awareness
•    Use sales insights and data to identify opportunities and improve performance
•    Regular daily travel and occasional overnight stays will be required; a company vehicle is provided

About You

You’re a driven and results-focused Territory Manager who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You know how to influence, negotiate, and deliver strong in-store execution while balancing planning, reporting, and commercial outcomes.

 

You’ll bring:


•    Previous FMCG or liquor industry experience in a territory or field sales role
•    Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities
•    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
•    A self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success
•    Proven success delivering territory growth and promotional execution
•    Passion for wine, or a willingness to learn and grow within the category
