As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re seeking a standout Contractor Coordinator to support our dynamic winery maintenance team.
The Opportunity
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and onboard contractors, ensuring full compliance
- Manage inductions, risk assessments, permits and work records
- Schedule preventative maintenance and track completion
- Communicate planned works across the site
- Support emergency and reactive maintenance (including after‑hours when required)
What You'll Bring:
You’ll have 2+ years' experience in maintenance or contractor coordination, strong WHS knowledge and a basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
You bring:
- Strong organisation and communication
- Ability to juggle multiple contractors
- Intermediate Office365 skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- A current driver’s licence
