About the role

As our Berri Estates team expands, we have opportunities for to join the HR team supporting one of the largest winery operations in the Southern Hemisphere.

You’ll partner with leaders across Winery, Packaging and Warehouse teams in a hands on, operational, unionised environment. With EA negotiations approaching, you’ll contribute to or support ER/IR work (at a level appropriate to your experience) while helping build capability, culture and strong workplace relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Depending on your level of experience, you will support or lead: 

Employee & Industrial Relations
•    Advising on ER questions, EA interpretation and compliance
•    Supporting or managing investigations, grievances and performance matters
•    Contributing to EA preparation, communication and union engagement

People, Culture & Leadership Support
•    Coaching leaders (or supporting senior HR to do so)
•    Helping with performance reviews, goal setting and talent processes
•    Embedding values, behaviours and ways of working

People Programs & HR Operations
•    Supporting organisational change and workforce planning
•    Helping with permanent and seasonal recruitment alongside TA
•    Coordinating reward, recognition and remuneration processes
•    Contributing to global HR projects and continuous improvement

About Your Experience

You might be an experienced HRBP, an established HR Advisor, or someone early in your HR career with strong admin or customer service skills - what matters most is your motivation to grow.

You’ll bring:
•    Interest or experience in ER/IR and operational HR
•    Strong communication and relationship building skills
•    A customer focused approach and willingness to learn
•    Confidence in a fast paced, site based environment
•    Curiosity, resilience and a desire to build your HR career in a global business
