About the Role
We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team at Berri, supporting users across Australia and internationally.
This role goes beyond a traditional service desk. You’ll be hands-on across devices, systems and day-to-day support, with exposure to a broader IT environment and the opportunity to build your capability over time.

Reporting to the Client Services Team Lead, you’ll be the primary point of contact for IT support across the Berri site, while also supporting the wider business.
You’ll work across Level 1 and Level 2 support, taking ownership of issues from initial contact through to resolution.
This role offers:
- Broader exposure than a typical service desk role
- End-to-end ownership of support requests
- Variety across BAU support, troubleshooting and project work
- Exposure to a global, multi-site IT environment
- Clear pathway into Systems Administration or Infrastructure roles
PLEASE NOTE: This role is based at Berri (Riverland) and best suited to candidates based in Berri, or those open to commuting – we are 5 days per week on site
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support across hardware, software and business systems
- Set up, image and troubleshoot laptops and desktops
- Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools
- Support user onboarding, access and device lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot across Microsoft environments (M365, Intune, Entra ID / AD)
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of processes
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in IT Support / Service Desk / Desktop Support
- Strong experience across Microsoft environments
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proactive, organised and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline desirable but not required.
