About Vinarchy
Vinarchy is redefining the global wine landscape. Formed in 2025 through the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, we’ve united decades of craftsmanship, innovation and global reach into one exceptional wine company.
From grape to glass, our footprint spans Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile and the United States. Our portfolio blends iconic brands like Jacob’s Creek, Hardys and Campo Viejo with rising stars such as Greasy Fingers, Dolly Wines and J‑Harden. We’re imaginative, ambitious and determined to shape the future of wine worldwide.
And now, we’re looking for someone who thrives on accuracy, organisation and being the calm centre of a busy operations environment.
The Role
As our Operations Support Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of day‑to‑day administration for the Berri Supply Chain & Operations team. This role suits someone who loves detail, enjoys helping people, and finds satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll be the go‑to person for timesheet processing, purchasing support, reception duties and general coordination… the kind of work that keeps the wheels turning and the team moving.
In this role, you will:
- Own weekly Time & Attendance (Kronos) payroll data entry for timesheets
- Raise and receipt non‑stock purchase orders using JDE
- Manage data entry across multiple operations systems
- Keep our records organised - electronic filing, archiving and tidy systems
- Support meetings: agendas, minutes, room setup and coordination
- Run daily mail room operations and maintain manifests
- Be a friendly first point of contact for basic tech/device support
- Coordinate on‑site meetings, winery tours and visitor logistics
- Deliver front‑of‑house reception service
- Manage uniform ordering, distribution and database updates
- Provide general administrative support wherever the team needs it
About You
You’re someone who enjoys being organised, accurate and helpful. You like a role where people rely on you, and you deliver.
You’ll bring:
- Strong computer literacy across Office365
- Solid Excel capability (you know your way around formulas and tidy spreadsheets)
- High attention to detail and numeracy
- A friendly, customer‑focused communication style
- Ability to work independently and manage your time well
- Teamwork skills and a willingness to pitch in
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience with payroll or timekeeping systems
- Knowledge of winery or viticulture operations
- E1 purchasing experience
Why Vinarchy
