About the role
As the Channel Controller Ireland, you will be responsible for Ireland in its Entirety (On Trade, Off Trade and Convenience). You will already have existing relationships and experience with key stakeholders within Ireland. Youl will be responsible for implementing distribution models and liaising with key contacts in supply, sales, marketing, insight and senior management to ensure process and continuity plans from agreement to day to go live as well as finding and realizing all incremental opportunities within your account base.

Customer: Ensure we are the partner of choice for all customers in your channel
Portfolio: Secure new listings and increase distribution to hit specific targets for the priority brand portfolio
P&L: Relentless pursuit to deliver budget for your Channel and constantly improve the commercial return for Accolade Wines and our customers
What you'll bring:
• At least 5 years On Trade experience
• WEST Advanced
• Proven track record managing a team
