About the Role

We’re looking for a field‑based Business Development Manager to take ownership of our WA Metro East territory. This is a full‑time, field based role in metropolitan Perth, with occasional regional travel to Carnarvon / Exmouth (3-4 trips per year).

 

You’ll be the face of Vinarchy for a diverse customer base across independent retail, banner groups and key on‑premise venues, focused on nurturing & building strong customer partnerships to deliver commercial outcomes across your territory.

 

This role offers autonomy, visibility and the opportunity to make a clear impact within a supportive, experienced team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory across metro Perth
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with retail and on‑premise customers
  • Execute promotional plans, activations and brand visibility programs
  • Identify opportunities to expand distribution and strengthen customer engagement
  • Maintain accurate territory planning, reporting and administration
  • Collaborate with marketing and category teams to deliver best‑in‑class execution
  • Support occasional regional trips to maintain key customer relationships
  • Represent Vinarchy with professionalism, commercial acumen and a customer‑first mindset

 

About You

You are a driven, relationship‑led sales professional who thrives in the field and enjoys owning your patch. You’re organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with your leader and peers.

 

You bring energy, resilience and genuine pride in delivering great outcomes for your customers.

 

What You'll Bring

  • 2-3 yrs experience in field sales, account management or liquor/FMCG retail
  • Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and manage a broad customer base
  • Confidence representing brands in‑store and in‑venue
  • Drive, accountability and follow‑through
  • A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within WA (metro + occasional regional trips)
