About the role
We’re seeking experienced Cellar Hands to join our full-time, permanent team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with vintage experience, a safety-first mindset, and a passion for wine production.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Operate winery equipment (e.g. crossflow, centrifuge, decanter)
- Support cellar operations across vintages and general production
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement and team collaboration
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 2 vintages’ experience, ideally in a large winery
- Experience with winery tech and systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical fitness and practical aptitude
- Full driver’s licence preferred
- Interest in wine is a bonus
