About the role
The Operations Support Manager is national role reporting to the Operations Director, with team members in Marlborough and Hawkes Bay and is a member of the national Operations Leadership Team. The Operations Support Team provide administrative services to Vinarchy’s New Zealand Wineries and Vineyards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Planning and coordinating administrative operational requirements to support NZ Operations
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the Operations Support team to deliver a high level of customer service
- Manage schedules & deadlines and proactively communicate to the Operations Support team and stakeholders around this
- Lead, direct and motivate Operations Support team in the achievement of business objectives
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a small geographically spread team.
- FMCG Administration Management experience preferably in the wine or liquor industry.
- A good understanding of MSOffice Platforms, ERP tools such as JD Edwards and a continuous improvement mindset.
