About the role
The Enterprise Applications Specialist bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions within Vinarchy’s systems. Working closely with IT Operations, IT Solutions, and external support partners, this role analyses requirements, designs functional solutions, and facilitates implementations and enhancements. It requires strong technical understanding of business processes, data analysis, and integration flows to identify root causes and deliver optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with IT Solutions, Operations, and business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements across ERP, IBP, workflows, and integration platforms
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications, aligned to best practice solution design
- Design, configure, and implement system solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms
- Develop custom programs, scripts, and system enhancements to improve functionality and performance
- Support end-to-end delivery across the solution lifecycle, from discovery through to implementation
- Develop and execute testing strategies, including test plans and defect management, to ensure quality outcomes
- Provide incident and problem management support, including root cause analysis and resolution of system issues
- Drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards, and building strong stakeholder relationships
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Solution or Functional Analyst supporting enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of business processes and IT services within a commercial environment
- Experience with ERP systems, IBP processes, and system integrations
- Familiarity with service management tools (e.g. Ivanti) and outsourced support models
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with ability to deliver innovative solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the business
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and perform under pressure
- Commercially aware, with the ability to think strategically and identify improvement opportunities
