About the Role

We are seeking an IT Transformation Lead to work closely with the Chief Technology Officer and IT Leadership Team to design and embed Vinarchy’s future IT operating model, reshaping how IT services are experienced by the business and how value is delivered end‑to‑end.

This role has a clear mandate to improve how IT governs, prioritises and delivers, ensuring ways of working are consistent, scalable and aligned to business outcomes.

This is a senior transformation role focused on practical implementation and adoption, not theoretical design.

This role is a 6 month fixed term fulltime contract and can be based in Melbourne, Adelaide or Sydney.

Key Focus Areas Include

Defining modern IT service delivery models (e.g. product, platform and service-based ownership)
Embedding customer-centric service design principles across IT activities and regions
Improving the day-to-day experience of engaging with IT, reducing friction and increasing trust
Establishing clear governance, decision rights and portfolio prioritisation - Implementing consistent, outcome-driven IT ways of working across regions
Partnering with senior leaders to build capability and drive adoption
Translating complexity into clear structures, processes and actions

Your Knowledge and Skills

Brings strong expertise in customer-centric operating models, governance and portfolio management

Believes great IT services are built around people, clarity and outcomes, not just process

Has experience shifting IT teams from delivery-centric to service- and experience-driven models

Has led IT or enterprise transformation in complex environments - Is credible influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority

Has experience in post-merger or large-scale organisational change

Focuses on outcomes, clarity and sustainable change
