About the role

We're currently looking to fill multiple Vintage Cellar Hands roles on a seasonal casual basis, to commence around early-to-mid January 2026. 

Key responsibilities: 

As one of our Vintage Cellar Hands, you will play a pivotal role in Vintage - because without you, we can't make the wine that people love!

You'll operate a variety of plant and machinery to begin the winemaking process, some of the tasks you may be involved in include; 

• Undertaking vintage cellar operations, including grape receival, crushing, fermentation activities, barrel work and juice/wine transfers 
• Recording data on log sheets and cellar notes 
• Maintaining general winery cleanliness and hygiene. 

What you'll bring

You're a team orientated, passionate individual, who thrives working in fast paced and dynamic environments. In this role, you'll be expected to work long shifts in a physically demanding role.

• Full working rights – visa holders included 
• Good communication skills & the ability to work in a team, and individually 
• Literacy and numeracy skills 
• Ability to work rotating shift work (possible weekends also) 
• Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks, and the ability to work outdoors, at heights and in confined spaces
