About The Role
We’re gearing up for our 2027 Vintage season, and the excitement is already building. This is your chance to join a crew that works hard, laughs often, makes great wine and even better memories.
Vintage is dynamic, intense, rewarding and absolutely one‑of‑a‑kind, and we want a great team beside us to make it unforgettable.
These casual roles kick off in early to mid‑January and run right through the vintage period. It’s fast‑paced, hands‑on, physical work, and you’ll be right in the thick of the action that turns grapes into wine.
Depending on your experience, you may be involved in:

Operating presses, crushers, pumps and other winery equipment

Grape receival, crushing and juice/wine transfers

Performing pump overs, rack and returns, additions and fermentation support

Barrel work — filling, emptying, topping and cleaning

Recording data on log sheets and cellar notes

About You
You’re a team‑orientated, passionate individual who thrives under pressure and enjoys getting stuck into hands‑on work.

Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces (training provided)

Willingness to work long shifts across a 6‑day working week

Previous vintage experience is great - but not essential. We train well.
