About the Role
As our Harvest Assistant, you'll work as part of a dynamic team to assist with harvest preparation and harvest intake across our Marlborough vineyards.
In this dynamic and fast paced role, your day may include:
- Maturity sample collection on contract grower and corporate vineyards
- Yield/P&D assessment/Grapevine performance data - data collection, preparation, and analysis
- Gathering up and delivering maturity samples
- Collating information from viticultural operations
- Data entry of truck/trailer weights from a weigh scale, checking paperwork has been completed correctly and other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
What You'll Bring:
You'll have high attention to detail and be a great team player. You'll be able to work for the entirety of vintage and have a flexible attitude.
You'll also have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent technical skills - experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures
- Full NZ Drivers License
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
