About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Administrator to support our South Island Viticulture team.  You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, from system support and data entry to onboarding and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide admin support to the viticulture team, ensuring consistency and timely task completion
• Set up new staff with iPads, apps, and systems (e.g. AgCode, Teams, Grapelink)
• Manage viticulture systems and data entry
• Assist with spray sheet creation, auditing, and chemical stocktaking
• Support onboarding, meeting coordination, and training logistics
• Order stationery and assist with event planning
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and track actions

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven Administration experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite, data systems)
• Excellent communication and time management
• High attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and work independently
• Approachable, friendly, and helpful with a positive customer focused commitment
• A commitment to continued quality improvement
