About the role
An opportunity has come up with us for a Viticulturist to join our Viticulture team in an operational capacity. We are seeking a positive, experienced and self-motivated individual to join our established viticulture team as a permanent position.
This is a varied role, based at the Marlborough Vineyards office, but scoped to provide technical and operational support to the wider national viticulture management team. While the role is predominantly focused on our Marlborough operation, the technical team also supports Hawkes Bay, North Canterbury and Central Otago vineyards.

What You’ll Bring:
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- Thorough understanding of viticultural practice and vineyard operations
- Vineyard management experience Data management skills
- Analytical
- Planning, monitoring and adjusting agrichemical and nutritional vineyard inputs
- Proficient with technology including Microsoft 365 applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working collaboratively
- High levels of integrity and trust
- Good attention to detail
- Systems focused with a commitment to continued quality improvement
- Good sense of humour
