About The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Apprentice Chef (1st–4th year) who’s hungry to grow and ready to take the next leap in their culinary career. Working closely with our Executive Chef and Head Chef, you’ll gain rare, hands‑on mentorship while helping craft dishes inspired by the Barossa’s finest seasonal produce.
From mastering prep and presentation to supporting seamless, high‑standard kitchen operations, you’ll build essential skills while contributing to exceptional dining moments for our guests.
What You'll Do
- Assist with executing outstanding, honest food aligned to our food‑and‑wine philosophy
- Assist in maintaining stock, compliance, kitchen hygiene, and equipment standards
- Support the delivery of QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) and RSA requirements
- Prepare fresh, seasonal ingredients and assist with plating and presentation
- Keep the kitchen organised, clean, and running efficiently
