About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Supply Chain & Operations, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment outcomes across our Supply Chain and Operations workforce. Partnering closely with leaders and HR Business Partners, you’ll manage everything from strategic sourcing through to onboarding, while also supporting high-volume and seasonal recruitment campaigns. This is a hands-on role where stakeholder partnership, candidate experience and continuous improvement are key.

This role is based from our Rowland Flat winery in the beautiful Barossa Valley, with travel to our Riverland, Adelaide and cellar door locations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across Supply Chain and Operations roles, from briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Lead high-volume and seasonal recruitment campaigns, including coordination and delivery of assessment centres
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to clarify role requirements and selection criteria
  • Deliver a consistent, professional and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring leaders
  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies and talent pools for critical and repeat roles
  • Conduct market and industry research to inform recruitment strategy and workforce planning
  • Ensure recruitment activity complies with internal policies and relevant employment legislation
  • Support recruitment projects, reporting, systems accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume and specialist roles
  • Previous experience running assessment centres (essential)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to sourcing and talent pooling
  • High levels of organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confidence working autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with professional and emotional maturity
  • A results-driven mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes
