About The Role

We are excited to share an opportunity for an IBP Analyst – Asia based in Singapore. 

 

In this role you will help to build necessary tools and processes in the S&OP area and drive the demand planning function.  

 

You will work in a small Asia focused team, which will give you variety and opportunity to expand your own knowledge and skills.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly forecast reviews with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align on a consensus demand plan within the S&OP cycle.
  • Drive adoption and maturity of demand planning best practices across cross-functional teams.
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy through improved inputs, tools, and automation based on historical data.
  • Own the demand planning process and collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to deliver robust forecasts and insights.
  • Monitor and improve forecast accuracy to support customer service and inventory optimisation.
  • Provide timely updates on short-term demand changes to minimise stockouts and surpluses.
  • Ensure data consistency and reliability across planning systems and processes.
  • Support reporting and analysis for forecasting, sales, production, and inventory to optimise performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement of S&OP processes, including system implementation and stakeholder education.
  • Partner with commercial teams on product launches, rationalisation, and inventory management. 

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in demand planning and supply chain within a global or matrixed organisation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of tools like Power BI, Anaplan, JDE, and Reports Now.
  • Ability to write and run code/macros using VBA, SQL, and Python to automate and enhance reporting.
  • Skilled in data storytelling—translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable balancing detail-oriented tasks with strategic thinking.
  • Process improvement champion—able to identify gaps, design solutions, and drive implementation.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer with strong commercial acumen.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
  • Experience in FMCG or alcoholic beverage industry preferred.
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
