About the role
Reporting to the Trade Promotions Manager, the Claims Coordinator will be responsible to ensure that claims received are validated in a timely manner and prepared for processing and matched or rejected promptly with supporting documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
• Customer claim processing – tracking, validation, processing, including disputes
• Daily, weekly & monthly claim account reconciliations
• Monthly claim account reporting
• Validation and processing of pricing claims
• Coding of customer remittances
• Manage Preferred Supplier Rebates – distribute rebates entitlement letters, process payments
• Prepare and load month end journals, in consultation with Commercial Managers
• Develop strong relationships with commercial finance, account managers and accounts receivable team to ensure smooth communication flows regarding claims and timeliness of claims processing

• Technical Skills – Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills, proficiency in claims management software (e.g. JDE, or industry-specific tools)
• 1–3 years of experience
