About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior PR Manager - Global Fine Wine to elevate the prestige of our fine wine portfolio on the world stage.

 

Based in Sydney and reporting to the Global Head of Fine Wine, you’ll lead the strategic planning and execution of global fine wine PR initiatives, working closely with regional teams, winemakers, and key opinion leaders globally to build advocacy and drive brand desirability.

 

This is a rare opportunity for a confident, creative communicator with deep wine knowledge and a passion for storytelling to make a global impact.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead Global PR Strategy: Develop and execute a world-class PR strategy for Vinarchy’s fine wine brands, securing earned media coverage and building global advocacy.
  • Engage Gatekeepers & Influencers: Build strong relationships with wine writers, critics, and lifestyle influencers to amplify our fine wine narrative.
  • Drive Awards & Accolades: Manage global awards strategy and ensure accolades are effectively leveraged across all markets.
  • Champion Brand Education: Create fine wine education tools and mentor regional teams to deepen knowledge and advocacy.
  • Deliver Impact: Use advanced PR measurement tools to track performance and optimise ROI, managing budgets with precision.

What You'll Bring

  • 7–10 years’ experience in PR or communications - ideally in wine, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
  • A strong global network of wine media, gatekeepers, and publication competitions
  • Deep wine knowledge and genuine passion for the category
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, PR, or journalism
  • WSET certification and high-level event management skills (desirable)
  • High level VIP event planning & management skills (desirable)
