About the Role
We are looking for an Independents & E-Retail Administration Coordinator to be based in Sydney and provide administrative support to enable critical performance of the Independents and E-Retail channel. The Independents & E-Retail Administration Coordinator will work with commercial, customer service & the supply team to best maximise efficiency and service. A key focus will be supporting our operations excellence team in the management of invoices, sales team execution, and facilitating all pricing for orders, process and track orders for E-Retail.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as administration support to the Independents & E-Retail team
- Assist in customer transactions, pricing and logistics support maintaining customer accounts
- Manage all invoices and raise purchase orders for the Independents Business Unit
- Manage incentive programs & voucher issue for the Business Unit
- Coordinate the arrival of Point of Sale material to third party warehouse and manage the delivery to the sales team
- Support channel-based initiatives
- Coordinate safety resources for the field sales team
- Manage and maintain price loading
- Manage promotions, production and ordering, warehousing and dispatch to ensure timely execution of programs into our 3PL partners
- Manage and maintain delivery within our key trading partners online portals. ALM, Langton’s, Amazon
- Key and co-ordinate delivery of SMI orders
- Coordinate new supplier set up
- Contribute to reduction Point of Sale storage facility costs
- Maintain field sales team records
- Manage and maintain live tracking of orders B2B and D2C, reporting back to channel leads.
- Resolving delivery issues / damages / lost / POD’s
- Work with Credit Control on E-Retail account queries
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Computer literacy
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with PowerBI and JDE would be beneficial
- Fleibility as some business travel or out of hours work may be required from time to time
