About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute promotional programs across Langtons and ALH
- Manage trade spend processes, including accruals, system entry and approvals
- Support volume forecasting with accurate promotional inputs
- Track business performance against key metrics including RSV, revenue, profit and market share
- Prepare and support customer WIP updates, reviews and reporting cycles
- Manage new line forms, tenders and private label documentation
- Coordinate product samples for ranging and customer reviews
- Provide account information to internal teams for execution
- Collaborate with supply, finance, category and brand teams to deliver customer plans
- Support resolution of customer feedback and quality queries
Your Experience & Skills
- 1-2 yrs experience in a National Account Executive or Business Development Management in FMCG, liquor or wine
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple functions and levels
- Experience in a sales support, account executive, customer service or similar commercial role
- Exposure to promotions, reporting, administration or customer support activities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Conflict & Negotiation skills
- Ability to work at pace to ensure any opportunities that arise from the retailer are capitalised
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or Economics advantageous but not required
- Experience using tools such as Circana, NielsenIQ, Quantium, retailer portals or similar data platforms would be advantageous.
