Role Details
In this pivotal role, you will lead and integrate Vinarchy’s Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda to drive sustainable, profitable growth across global business units. You’ll work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams globally, to optimise pricing, promotions, trade investment, pack price architecture, mix, and channel strategies, ensuring enhanced net revenue and margin.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide strategic counsel and analytical support to the Executive Leadership Team, whilst developing and leading the RGM capability across the global business. An expert communicator, you will coach, feedback and inspire the finance and commercial team to uplift RGM capability and align with FMCG best practise.
You will implement an RGM toolkit across the business, embedding tools, skills and next level thinking.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a Senior Leadership role, influencing the global organisation, and directly managing a small team of specialists.
Your Key Accountabilities
Revenue Growth Management leadership
• Lead and embed Vinarchy’s Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda to deliver sustainable, profitable growth across global business units.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Finance to optimise price, promotion, trade investment, pack price architecture, mix and channel strategy to improve net revenue and margin.
• Lead the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda across brands and markets, including pack price architecture, list pricing and value laddering.
• Evaluate and influence promotional effectiveness across regions, driving trade investment optimisation, improving ROI and protecting brand equity.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives, resourcing plans and deliverable milestones.
• Build and maintain net revenue and margin waterfalls, KPI trees and dashboards to identify and prioritise value levers.
• Partner with Global Business Units to introduce and embed new ways of working to ensure RGM initiatives are incorporated as an integral part of local plans for each BU.
• Establish robust performance management and insights (KPIs, dashboards, post-investment reviews) to track strategy execution and value delivery.
• Build capability and alignment across commercial teams, coaching RGM best practices and ways of working.
Global influence
• Build an RGM toolkit, comprising of FMCG best-practise thinking related to all facets of strategic revenue management
• Educate stakeholders across the business on utilising RGM toolkit- broadening thinking and ensuring buy in- to achieve ‘next level’ thinking in the subject matter.
• Bring an external perspective on category, competitor and consumer trends; identify growth opportunities and risks across international markets.
• Work effectively with private equity owners, understanding value creation plans, reporting expectations and the pace required in a PE-backed environment.
• Operate effectively in a global environment, collaborating across time zones and working flexibly at unusual hours when required.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across functions (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, HR) to drive alignment and delivery.
• Coach and develop a small team of RGM experts to deliver on initiatives and provide central support
• Lead commercial finance business partners and other commercial team members on RGM initiatives in a matrix structure.

Your Knowledge and Skills
• Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
• Background in FMCG
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at Executive and Board levels.
• Proven track record in team development and performance management
Essential Qualifications
• CA, CPA or MBA qualifications preferred.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business / Accounting / Commerce preferred
• 10+ years in strategic Commercial / Sales, Finance and Revenue Growth Management leadership roles.
• Proven experience in senior level business partnering, with excellent influencing skills
Physical and Other Requirements
• Business travel may be required from time to time
• Out of hours work will be required to collaborate with our global team
