About Us

Vinarchy. Redefining Wine.

Established in 2025 through the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy brings together some of the world’s most recognised wine brands under one global portfolio.

From grape to glass, we manage the full wine supply chain across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, South Africa, the Americas and beyond. Our portfolio includes global icons such as Jacob’s Creek, Hardys and Campo Viejo, alongside growth and fine wine brands shaping the future of the category.

Ambitious, imaginative and consumer‑led, we challenge convention to grow the global wine category.

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager – Jacobs Creek ANZ, to have end‑to‑end accountability for brand strategy, execution and performance across Australia and New Zealand – a region representing ~50% of global Jacobs Creek volume

This is a rare opportunity to own one of the most iconic and commercially critical wine brands in ANZ.

Reporting into the Global Brand Director, Jacobs Creek, this role sits at the centre of major brand moments, significant A&P investment and high‑profile sponsorships - including the Australian Open.

This is not a step‑up role, it is suited to a proven, resilient Senior Brand Manager who thrives in fast‑moving, high‑expectation environments, is commercially sharp, and is comfortable balancing strategic leadership with highly hands‑on delivery.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You will lead Jacobs Creek in ANZ from strategy through to execution, including:

  • Full ownership of the Jacobs Creek brand across ANZ – strategy, delivery and performance
  • Leading activation of an established annual brand plan, picking up initiatives mid‑stream and driving work not yet in market
  • Delivering major brand moments at pace, including:
    • Australian Open sponsorship negotiation, activation and execution
    • Launch of a significant innovation in FY26
    • A new communications campaign launching next financial year
    • Major packaging refresh across the Classic range
  • Acting as the ANZ voice for global campaigns, translating global strategy into impactful local execution
  • Managing complex agency ecosystems across creative, media, PR, production and experiential partners
  • Working closely with Commercial, Sales and Shopper teams to ensure brand strategy lands in market
  • Owning P&L accountability, marketing investment effectiveness and ROI tracking
  • Leading with influence across a global / local matrix and multiple senior stakeholders
  • Rolling up your sleeves when required – from strategy and presentations through to on‑the‑ground activation delivery

About You

You are a commercially savvy, delivery‑driven Senior Brand Manager who brings energy, confidence and resilience to everything you do.

You will bring:

  • Proven Senior Brand Manager experience (SBM‑ready; not a development role)
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning brand P&Ls and investment decisions
  • Demonstrated success delivering large‑scale campaigns, activations or sponsorships (Australian Open‑level exposure highly regarded)
  • Confidence influencing senior leaders and operating in complex, matrix organisations
  • A pragmatic, action‑oriented mindset – comfortable working at pace without over‑reliance on heavy FMCG process
  • Resilience, decisiveness and the ability to prioritise, push back and stay focused under pressure
  • A hands‑on leadership style – equally comfortable in boardrooms and on activation floors
  • Experience in FMCG, liquor or adjacent consumer categories (wine experience not required)

Why Join Us?

  • Own one of the most iconic and influential wine brands in ANZ
  • Lead high‑profile sponsorships and major brand moments with real scale and visibility
  • Operate with significant A&P investment and a strong pipeline of initiatives
