About The Role
Your Key Accountabilities
Total Rewards Projects
- Support job architecture, banding & grading, and pay framework updates
- Help harmonize policies and benefits across regions
- Prepare clear communications and training materials
- Analyze data to support reward decisions
HR Operations Projects
- Assist with HR systems and process improvements
- Help document services and drive automation
- Support data quality and reporting
- Work closely with Sydney and global teams
Day-to-Day (BAU) Tasks
- Support annual pay reviews and benchmarking
- Help with salary surveys and gender pay gap reporting
- Administer reward and recognition programs
- Promote employee benefits and manage insurance enrollments
- Deliver clear reports and insights to the team
Your Knowledge and Skills

3+ years’ experience in compensation and benefits, or data analytics within HR environments

Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, charting & visualization, data validation, pivot tables, etc.)

HRIS experience (SAP, SuccessFactors preferred)

Experience with external compensation frameworks (e.g., Mercer, Aon)

Comfortable handling data-driven tasks such as report manipulation and VLOOKUPs

Experience supporting both Total Rewards and HR Operations projects

Ability to provide robust administrative and analytical support

Experience working with cross-functional and international teams is a plus
