About The Role
The Creative Lead plays a key role in enabling One Vinarchy. Reporting to the Head of Creative, Content & Media, this position is responsible for delivering high‑quality, brand‑building creative that elevates Vinarchy’s visual identity across print, digital, customer and internal channels, while acting as a guardian of visual standards across a diverse brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, refine and evolve graphic brand standards across Vinarchy’s portfolio, ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints
- Act as brand custodian, ensuring all creative outputs adhere to guidelines and represent brands with quality, accuracy and integrity
- Design and produce marketing, trade, promotional, digital and internal materials aligned to brand and commercial objectives
- Partner with Brand, Media, Content and Omni teams to translate briefs into effective creative solutions
- Manage external suppliers including photographers, printers, agencies and production partners
- Oversee creative workflows, balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
- Line manage and support the Graphic Designer, providing clear direction, feedback and prioritisation
Your Experience / Capability
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in a senior design role within FMCG, beverages or brand‑led environments
- Strong portfolio across brand identity, typography, layout and multipage documents
- Proven ability to take projects from concept through to final artwork across print and digital
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience managing print production, colour management and supplier relationships
- Strong project management and organisational capability
