About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key supporting role in delivering projects across Vinarchy's wine portfolio. Working alongside winemaking, marketing, production, quality and compliance teams, you will help bring new products to market, improve existing products and support strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines and feasibility assessments.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Assist with New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches, packaging changes and product improvements.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of product enhancement opportunities.

• Provide project support for process improvements, systems enhancements and strategic business initiatives.
• Apply project management principles to drive successful outcomes.

• Monitor industry trends, consumer preferences and competitor activity.
• Assist in gathering and analysing data to support decision-making.

• Build strong working relationships across winemaking, production, marketing, quality and compliance teams.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment to achieve project objectives.

About You

Qualifications and Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related discipline (desirable).
• Experience in project coordination, product development, FMCG, manufacturing or a similar environment is advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Familiarity with stage-gate project processes is preferred.
• Exposure to JDE or similar ERP systems would be beneficial.
